Support BP pet gem

  1. I’ve bought the one pet that comes with the BP gem during or before the mauraders event I can’t even remember.
    Anyways I purchased the pack (While already having the pet) but I DID NOT receive the gems that should have been on it.

    The purchase was made on 4/20 around 4:20 PM EST
    Again I ALREADY had the pet before the purchase was made but DID NOT receive the gems that are suppose to come with it again.

    Ive contacted support/ created tickets multiple times with a simple copy/paste response saying your account has already been credited and if not please contact technical support. If this is the wrong section please redirect me to the CORRECT section.

    It seems you are contacting payment support. Send in another ticket to support, but mark it for game problem. Ensure you send the proof of purchase, along with your user name, user id, server, and any other information you have showing that you had this pet prior to your purchase.

    This matter can not be dealt with on the forum.
