BP should obey their own rules and not use it to ban accounts for their mistake. Neither you or customer care do anything for the players . Its all a load of crap. The real cheaters get to play and the players that do not get the bans. Proof: [Edit] I have no respect for you people because your also the cheaters hiding behind your rules and BP can do whatever it wants.

You have received a warning for refusing to follow rules as well as calling players out, continuing to do so will result in your loss of posting privileges. We do not want to do that. Please do not spam tech with complaints.

From what we have been told, no accounts were banned from a BP mistake. Like with the cauldron, that was an issue from BP's side and therefore was handled properly. No accounts were banned and fair compensation was given.

I am sorry you don't have respect for us, that is a shame. We are the volunteer players who love this game and want to see it thrive. Just like all other honest players, we hate cheating just as much. It ruins the game and makes life more difficult for us. Do not think because a player whom you think is cheating wasn't banned means we don't care.

Again, please do not open any more threads on this subject as it is not a technical issue nor is it up for discussion. You will have to continue to deal with support because, as I have stated already, we are not able to help with account bans.

As nothing more can be done, this thread will be closed.
