broken grogmaster quest is it fixed?

    from patchnotes: Increased the amount of Barrel of Grog lost per hour from 6% to 12%

    without a grogmaster we'll lose it faster than it can be acquired

    hi
    you can do the quest but in the description is one important thing missing... you need 3 koordinations AND 200.000 dmg on another player. then you are able to finish the quest
