Broken quest on lvl 50 (Supplied Lines {1938})

    Hello, I have trouble with accepting this quest. I'm level 49, I've completed previous quest but I can't accept this one (Nadim Latif quest giver). I don't see objectives - it should be sail to 5 coords on49/1, "Accept quest" button is grey and when I click on quest details button change to "Pay and enter" (like on group maps or event challenges).

    Is this problem already reported?
