    http://prntscr.com/inwokt You make big changes to this game and it now has more problems than before. Have everything for this quest and I can not turn it in? What gives. Maybe Big Point needs to re-look at what they did.

    You are trying to redeem the quest at the wrong quest giver. The Quest asks and requires you to redeem it at Loreena Barrett. You can find out her location in the     Quest Givers bible entry.
