    Purchased 2 Chilly Treasures @39.99$USD : got to enjoy it for 1 day; and now it's gone ???
    The math is there; at first it is in my account; next thing you know , it is gone , why ??
    Here we go again 634 Sever US Global.........Help ....???....Tech Support....Sicerely , BuddhasRevenge I purchased these 2 Chilly Treasure Packs; they were booked onto my ships account at :2020-07-16 @20:47:42 for the 1st pack,and 20:47:45 for the 2nd Chilly Treasure Pack. Bigpoint confirmed purchase of packs and that they were added to my ships account; however, on 2020-07-17 @ 01:02:37; not even 24 hours later, the 2 Chilly Treasure packs had been removed and everything along with the 2 Packs including : but not limited to : 55 lvl3 Worldbreaker cannons, and the other items that came with the 2 packs; and I have checked my Bank Card; the funds were removed for Transaction # T1544313968 x2 Chilly treasure packs. I would really appreciate your assistance on getting said items put back on ship. Big Point told me they added it to my account, and they are satisfied; however , if/when someone from support looks up my account , they will see the items have been removed, Why ??, payment went through. What do I need to do ?. I can't buy these 2 packs again because I already purchased my limit, not available to me. Which means the 2 Chilly Treasure packs , should be on my ships account, but they are not. help me Obi-one-Kenobi; use the power of the force to correct my account. please. Big Points response was to have Tech support to look up my account and verify what I copied and pasted; all one has to do is look at my ships account, and one will see; yes, BuddhasRevenge purchased 2 Chilly treasure payment packs, yes, they were added to his ships account, and yes, they were promptly removed within 24 hours , why ? Let's just restore the purchase, please and thank you. I really do not like sending tickets to support, but what else can a player do when they have no control ? , other than send in a ticket, and hope the Seafight/Big point/ Wild Tangent games customer service rep's, look up my ships log/account see the mistake and correct . thank you , respectfully, BuddhasRevenge just asking for what I paid for, nothing more, thank you.I hope you can help. Sent to Support, they sent me to Big point, which in turn told me to re-contact a ticket to tech support, which i just did; feel like I am not getting any where, so i thought I would ask a Board Administrator to help me out, please and thank you.
