buffs coming soon

    why when my buff runs out .... does it say ..coming soon the same buff that ran out ... what is the cool down, if there is one

    Ahoy mate,
    The buffs have no cool down time. Once they run out on your ship, you can buy them immediately. However, they are only available at certain times. They are currently not available which is why you cannot purchase them.
