Buy the Voodoo Castles!!!

    Good day all!

    Just a reminder to everybody, and a notice to those that are not aware yet.

    As we all know, the Level 8 and Crew Deck castles are fast approaching. Many of you may know that the price to open the Voodoo Castles is not effected by how many other castles you have. They had always be 75,000, 150,000 and 225,000 Pearls. When the new castles are released, they will be effected by your open slots and will cost the full 450,000 per slot to open.

    The upgrade costs will stay the same, it is only the initial unlock cost to get the castle from Level 0 > Level 1. My point with this is OPEN THE VOODOO CASTLES NOW IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY!!!

    I guess that's it....

    Seriously though, I also really recommend you unlock the voodoo slots now, it shall prove a lot cheaper for you!

    and I have to open castle first or skill to 70?

    i did as directed here by arky and even though it showed the cost of the second castle was (o) and the 2nd lvl is 20,000 pearls it charged me 75,000 pearls for the second slot even though on screen it showed 0 pearls to purchase the slot. something is screwed here if a well known player suggest a strategy but the game robs you of pearls that do not show on game screen

    I see you have posted this in the technical issues area, make sure to include your ID so they can look at it.

    I will state that the prices should have been as follows:
    • 1st Voodoo Slot Unlock: 0 Pearls
    • 2nd Voodoo Slot Unlock: 75,000 Pearls
    • 3rd Voodoo Slot Unlock: 150,000 Pearls

    These prices are a lot, however for example after the update if you already have 4 normal castles, then the prices to unlock the Voodoo Slots shall become:
    • 300,000 Pearls
    • 375,000 Pearls
    • 450,000 Pearls
    Which as you can see is a lot more than the prices that shall be paid now. If you have 6 or more normal Castle Slots unlocked, it would cost you 450,000 Pearls for each of the Voodoo Slots.

    It shall definitely benefit you in the long run :)

    yep, even if you have to sacrafice your hoarded pearls, the clear massive savings ( because most players start with 4 non vodo castles ). so doooo ittt.

    you get a free castle slot in forecastle as well as a free slot in your voodoo castle, all others cost pearls to unlock . . make sure you have the correct item that matches the open or unlocked slot, like a lv 3 reloader and a lv 3 slot, cos if you upgrade the reloader before the slot, then you will be handicapped until you upgrade the slot, hope this helps
