    The*Defiant Forum Freak

    Since I only have a few days left of them, and I don't want to pay crowns for them in the special market, what am I left with? Powder Monkeys? If so, I'll be either not playing or doing scrolls. (In my opinion, this was really a messed-up concept to begin with).

    Ahoy,

    Should you choose not to purchase the Cabin Boys when they are available, then yes the other alternative crew member which lowers your reload speed would be Powder Monkeys.

    why do we even have to pay crowns for something that costed pearls few months ago? will cabin boys be removed when skill tree come live?

    Ahoy,

    The cost of the Cabin Boys has been decided by the Game Designers, you are welcome to leave feedback on this in the General Feedback or the Event Discussion thread regarding the price of them and then this shall be forwarded.

    At the moment I do not have the exact workings of what is going to happen to the Cabin Boys you have on your ship when the new Skill Tree goes live, however, no Cabin Boys will be available for purchase once this has gone live.

    I've heard different stories whether reload will be in new skilltree or not.
    1 thing is clear though, that changing cabinboys from pearls to crowns was the most idiotic thing ever. Crowns are the most important ressource in the game, and more and more things are implemented in crown costs, so we need them most of all.
    How are players below lvl 20 supposed to maintain cabinboys? No wonder players are leaving at high speed, when you look at how stupid decisions are made.
