Support Can I get honest answer?

Use to have two servers in USA 1 east coast another one west coast bigpoint to make better so they say killed the east coast server and all now only one is San Francisco (west coast)! I would like to know do we even have a server in USA or one that works. I log on game all I get is lag all the time freezing on seachart. Browser clears when close and I even clear history when trying to do anything on game. I do browser speed test for internet get 66 pings and 430 mbps download speed so not my internet use to play back when had stack battles many years ago and was using less speed than today back then was lucky to have 35 mbps down load speed so ping two of bigpoint servers wherever they are if in US not working period? This is results:

Hello there pirate,

it is up to you to decide on which server you want to play. I recommend you to pick a server close to your region as your ping will be lower, but it also depends alot on how good your connection is.

As we can not provide you information about your ping, I shall close this thread.
