  4. 1. Swift has advised you, above, that your message is being received by support, even though you are getting an error message.

    2. You were also advised, yesterday, not to send more than one message. You have since sent over 12, at last count.

    3. You were advised to work from this point with support, regarding your account language preference. Once a matter is taken up with support, please do not post further comments in the forum area(s).
