Can not reach support

    Hello,

    I have some problems and need to reach the support team. However I can not send any tickets.

    System message
    An error occurred. Please try again later.
    I keep getting that error whenever I press send button after complete the form.

    This is just a visual error and we are aware of it, but you ticket does reach the support team.

    So please do not send multiple times as this will only take more time to answer.

    I already sent couple of tickets then but I also did not get system mail that says thank you for contacting us ...
