cannon speed

    hi i have cannon loader 8/8 it say -2.4 s reload time
    without the castle my cannon speed is 5.29
    and with the castle 3.37 how is that possible
    5.29 - 2.4 = 2.89
    i don't have bachelor in maths but this is simple and i don't understand why

    Ahoy,

    The castle value is removed from the cannon reload before the powder monkeys/cabin boys.

    For example:

    Voodoo Cannons have a reload of 7 seconds.
    The Castle is then removed from the Cannons Reload, so 7s - 2.4s, which equals 4.6s.
    Then finally the Powder Monkeys / Cabin Boys are removed,
    4.6s - 20% (Powder Monkeys) = 3.68s
    4.6s- 40% (Cabin Boys) = 2.76s    ​

    but we can not buy cabin boys no more as they are no longer in the pirates page with the Powder monkeys

    Your fellow pirate is also correct, Cabin Boys can no longer be purchased in game. A statement about this has been released:     Statement Cabin Boys - Ask the Producer.
