    When do we have the chance to upgrade Dooms, Devs and painbringers to the highest levels? Or can we only buy them fully upgraded?

    During special events, you are able to upgrade to level 4 but to reach level 5 they can only be purchased at this time.

    So... only level 5 dooms, level 5 devs and level 3 painbringers can to bought? lol i know seems a redundant question but i want to be clear.
