    When are they gonna fix it so we don't have to constantly put our cannons on our main deck? Some ppl only have to do it after they logout but I have to do it every time I get sunk. The last update for this problem said they would have it fixed Friday, but here it is Saturday morning and not even an update on how much longer we will have to wait.

    We are sorry but we do not have an update yet. Please bear with us a little longer until we get more information from our game developers.

    So it appears yesterday there was suppose to be a sync to fix this cannon problem, but I have to report that it DIDN'T work. Please fix this as soon as possible as it is annoying every time I get sunk or logout I have to put ALL the cannons back on my main deck.

    Well Seren I think I speak for all players when I say.....Our patience has worn out!

    Twice now we have been told that this would be fixed but it appears the developers are just thinking of more ways to make money (this new transmog thing I read about for example). Before new things are added (which always come with glitches and bugs), ALL existing problems should be fixed first. For example when you own a car and need to make repairs you don't fix one thing and ignore the rest. And you certainly wouldn't give it a new paint job without getting rid of all the rust or fixing all the dents and dings!

    So this new transmog thing I read about should be delayed until ALL problems have been fixed, which if you think about it would also make things easier on the developers as there would be less things to fix after new content was released.

    Ahoy mate,

    Please do check now to see if you cannons still leave you ship. When I logged in today, my cannons stayed out. I hope this helps.

    Yes Nimitz the cannons are fixed but the devs jacked up the speed again in the process. Which proves the point that many ppl have been trying to make. NO more "New" content until all current problems have been fixed (and there are still many left to be fixed).

    I am glad that the cannons are staying on.

    Unfortunately, yes, the speed system is not working properly right now. I realize work-arounds are a pain, but currently if you remove your sails, then replace them it will work as intended. The dev team hopes to have the speed issue solved soon.

    lost 80 cannons today, after i checked storage trove b4 loggin on, then i check again79 lvl5 60pnders missin

    Cannons are not missing from your account they have just been replaced in the storage trove. This is still being worked on and hopefully will be resolved shortly.

    If you indeed are finding cannons actually missing from your account, please contact our Customer Care Team to review this.
