cannot change account avatar image

    Unable to change avatar image , tried numerous different approaches but to no avail.

    Ahoy mate,

    What is the file size which you are trying to upload? Also, is this your game avatar or your forum avatar?

    80 x 80 pixel in size

    game avatar

    file size 3.26 kb

    jpg file with no set attributes

    would not change game avatar but can change guild avatar with no problems.

    Hmmm that is perplexing, as your image should fall within the proper guide lines. Can you post the image here? I will see if I can add it from my side. I will need your userID (which you already gave) and elite points as well. Thank you.

    Ahoy mate,

    After looking on my side, I see that the image you have posted is current your avatar. Can you not see this on your side?

    not sure how or why but it has now changed , not sure what you done Nimitz but cheers . did you try changing from your side?

    I tried changing this yesterday but only since your post at 7:08 pm above it is now displayed correctly , up until this all i saw was old avatar image

    can now close
