Cannot redeem quests

Having just completed 'Third Time's a Charm'/Hu Suyin Lin and 'Information is Key'/Xie Shulie and returned to the Quest Givers I am not being allowed to redeem the prizes.
Both were started after the restart! I cannot even cancel either of them!
F5 does not change the situation.
Clearing cache and restarting my modem and computer does nuthin either to rectify the FREEZE!
When you go to the 'Quests' (top o screen) that is also frozen.
Solution ASAP please.

This issue has been already forwarded - we are awaiting a fix.

• No! Still cant.

 

Same thing happened to me with the Trophies and Empires quest.

 

Not a single quest, from anywhere, I can't get!!! There are packages with money, but there are no quests and souls? Won't these Souls from the ships increase and all the ships give them, not just 1...expose as always! At least reduce the price with souls in the market, they are very expensive and there are not enough souls

 

Hopefully you are going to fix the quests that have been finished but we are unable to redeem.

This doesn't mean that sync was completed at the time you've made your post.

Not all issues can be resolved instantly.

Quest issue should now be resolved.
