Can´t accept task

Hey

I have an eventtask, which i can´t accept.
I have no other tasks running and have tryed to clear my cache.

The task is the one, where i have to collect 50 points for my team.

Is there something i am doing wrong?

Do you fulfill all the requirements, (if any), to qualify to do the quest?

Did you move your boat extremely close to the quest giver?

Have you tried f5/log-in, log-out?

What is the name of the quest, and your server/Id, if I need to forward this.

I don´t know if there is any requirements. I could accept it on day one but didn´t. Since i haven´t been able to accept it.

Yes, and i have been able to accept all the other quests and they were red before accept, the task i can´t accept have been grey all day.

Yes plenty of times. I have also tried to connect from another pc.

What is the name of the quest, and your server/Id, if I need to forward this.
In danish it is called: Menneskeligt fællesskab (Level 1), with google translate it is: human community (Level 1)
Server ID: 74 (Scandinavian)


I am experiencing the same problem with a task in map 22-1 at Barnacle Bill Ballard called: Animal Crackers
This have been grey for weeks, and i can accept the other tasks he have for me.
