Can't Access Bokor's Chalice Purchases.

    ...unless I manage to click on the "Bokor's Chalice" Pop-Up the first time it comes up, I cannot find it in the offerings in the Payment Section. Usually there is a box that says "Bokor's Chalice". I also tried clicking on Tavern/Bokor's Chalice/Acquire Voodoo Crates and same thing....no luck finding where to purchase them. Is this an oversight? Thank you for your time!
