can't get in.

    Hi, i can't get in for almost 24 hrs by now.
    game loading is stuck on 61% intl. view manager.
    i tried chrome, internet, internet edge.
    of course i tried reboot computer, refresh page etc.
    So, plz fix this. thanks.
