Can't get my test redeemed.

    Like another pirate had, I am having trouble redeeming my Level 30 to 31 test. I have gotten as close as possible to the Quest-giver Mr. Smythe in SH-21/1. Can you take a look to see if I am doing something wrong? I play on the old U.S. East Server (pre-merger) and my ID is: 40/39576125. Thank you in advance for your help!
