cant get on again

    20% lost connection
    done all the usual clear cache still cant get on

    been like this for an hour or more

    Having checked your account I can see no issues with logging on. Please also try deleting your flash cache, this is different from the normal browser clean up.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
