Can't get on the water....

Can not get on the water.
I tried 3 different browsers that I use a lot and nothing. Home page/ back page work fine.
Water screen comes up, turns black and stays that way.
Browser histories have been cleared, hard drive files cleaned up (disk cleanup) and internet box restarted. I have also tried three separate computers and nothing. The game ran well on all our machines last night before the sinc. All other sites function well on all three machines.

cass a guild mate spider from 146 is having same issue but im from 40 and log just fine.im thinking 146 is shut down atm im guessing

I am also 146. I just tested this myself right now, I was able to get on the water with no problems.

Hello, MOB! Ya thanks! No one in ts having issues either. I tried other accounts and servers thanks to Easy and same thing. No water page

 

It has been ongoing since the sinc!

Having the same problem. Was working just fine this morning.....now nothing.

I'm having the same problems, I even uninstalled everything and re-installed, nothing on all my computers. Answer from support - Please note, that this ticket has been closed. This means, your answer has been rejected. All I asked was for them to check with tech and the sync. The game was working well until the sync. Please have someone look into this. Thank You Seren

Same here black sea chart screen, on all the browsers, uninstalled client and re-installed did not help. All after the sync. any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

This will help resolve this matter, as not all players are getting this issue.

i was having same thing , with client . then my goto browser after (clearing cache + cookie + site data) + (DNS cache) > restart PC > then private mode chrome, and worked for me.

i have same problem cant log onto water..

 

seamap does not load ( black screen ).
I have try'd 5 browsers, uninstalled and delelted everything ( certificates,cookies,dns cache,site data, stored pw's and everything ) also try'd 10 different accounts, different server's, closest to loading was this, http://prntscr.com/j43ah7 but does not load more ( even left 1 window session open for 30 mins ) try'd making new account same thing. also try'd useing another persons wifi connection,
