cant get seamap to open

    unable to get seamap to open havent been able to log-on for 2 days now!

    already uninstalled and reinstalled 8 times over 1st 3 days of your horrible update. there are nothing but problems as you can easily see from all the post. been here since 2009 i know how to look for fixes but this is by far the worst and dumbest update ever. even (when) i can log-in like today i cannot get configuration to activate by pushing enter key like ive always been able to. i try to set everything and end configuration but it just shows a blank screen as if i cant move forward and finish configuration. can this be fixed???
