cant join a guild

every time i put guild tag in shows, your search show no results .

see , after some updates we all are not able to look for certain guilds or even spy some players because they use some special symbols ...
In short ... everything display in chat like usual , but when you try to copy tag/name and put it into guild search/spy it just remove or change em to normal letters .

If there is a guild that you would like to join then ask some cncls or members to post you full name of the guild. Thats all you can do m8

 

hello just dont put tag. just select search and you will see all guilds.if want find faster select guild side small/big/large.

Your fellow pirates are correct. Currently, there is an issue with some characters not being able to be searched; be it guild name, guild tag or username.

The steps already mentioned:

• Make sure all sizes are checked/ticked
• Change the "Status" to All
• Try searching by Guild Name
• Contact the Guild Council/Leader and explain the problem, they may be willing to change the Guild Name and/or Tag.

A solution is being looked into in regards to this and it will be implemented as soon as possible.
