can't log on

haven't been able to log on for more than 2 days. i can't win the event if i can't play i bought ammo for the event so i think you should give me the rewards for winning plus 3m pearls that i would have made on the event (not to say anything about the elp an ep i have lost). plz fix this game before i find another one to spend my money on thank you my id# 18670361

Try this:
Open up the water page, but immediately minimize it and look at the home page or a minute, then pull up the water page this has worked well for me.

i have tried everything except spinnig around an counting to 10

 

If you can log into the game, when you get on the sea chart and it only loads to 25%. Close the window, leave the back page on and clear your history this should then allow you to retry the sea chart.

 

This worked for me. MickeyBow we have had many reports that if you close your seachart window, clear your browser cookies and cache and try to relog in that this can help. Other reports are that to change browsers to see if that also help.

 

Since so many people are having difficulty, and resorting to little "tricks" in order just to log onto the water, it seems reasonable that one can assume that there is a problem with the game servers. There is also sufficient evidence from the forum, that this problem has been going on for some time. So, one solution might be to hire someone who can fix the issue, rather than patch the issue?
