Cant login

I cant login........i try 4 times and nothing i try to go to support and it says this


You are not authenticated for this service!

Please activate cookies for your browser and click the settings link within your game to come back.

I did the cookies and still nothing, is there an issue going on with the login

 

yes - Misery - I have had the same issue this evening! Already reported to 'Rymar' earlier who has said direct the issue to support.
Sorry, Rymar I am not hijacking .

I have no issue with login to any server at all - which may be related to the country you login from.

Thanks Rymar - in addition to Log In problem - I have no ability to contact support either - all I get is that I have not sufficient authority to use the 'Support' service!!!

 

Lol no worries, mate I thought maybe it was me but it's kind of hard to contact support when we can't even get to them

 

This happened a bunch this afternoon and tonight:

• No account with this username/password combination was found. Until eventually I logged in with the same username and password?

 

same here - eventually - I just ignored the dismissal notice/message and kept clicking on my ship! Took about 7 attempts before it was accepted!!

 

Well mate I took your advice and for about 10mins maybe 8 to 10 mins and got nothing I'm just at a lost and will just give up for a few days it stinks to cause I was on a roll for perfect login.......smh *Edit*
