Can't Play

    The client gives Lost Connection and the browser says Authentication Failed when going to the Play Button.

    Is there a server problem or is it just me?

    There is nothing wrong with your account.

    Please logout from your game client / browser clear your browser cache and login again (shut down your game client).

    Well that would be nice to find because there is no way that I have found to clear CACHE on game client, browser no problem but never use for game.

    I've shut down the client several times and it still says lost connection.

    I cleared the browser cache and cookies, logged in again and Play still says Authentication Failed.

    What else can I try?

    EDIT: I downloaded the client again and it then did two updating cycles. It now works. Browser still fails. Since I only use the browser if I can't get the client to work, I'm good to go. Still seems strange to fail like it did.

    Regarding your browser - did you try to login using this method today?

    I have not. As I mentioned, I only use the browser to confirm if my problem is only the client, so I don't use it often. I could try again.

    Edit: I still get the error. I didn't try clearing the cache and cookies again.

    Clearing your browser cache should resolve your problem.

    Please try that and if possible let me know if it worked (don't have to be tonight).

    I did clear the cache and cookies yesterday when I tried the browser. I just didn't do that again when trying today. I'll do the whole cycle again later once I'm out of the client (which I made sure was closed when I tried the browser).
