can't put my trainers on......wtheck?

    My level 5 trainers expired.....so...i dropped them and dragged my level 4 trainers that I paid for....nothing.....then I get out of the client (4 times so far) and they (level 4's) are greyed out so I drop them drag the live ones and nothing.....I've done this SEVERAL TIMES NOW and they still aren't there.....I'm wasting time THAT I PAID FOR and even shutting down my computer....cleaning out the Cashe and trying again does nothing.....WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE DAMN GAME? Seriously......why is everything on here (other than the paywall stuff) a damn exercise? *Edit*

    i have come across this issue as well but this solved it for me. i changed my pet then rebooted the whole game client this worked for me maybe it will work for you.
