cant redeem puzzle pieces

    i only left with 2 Slovakia puzzle pieces to open
    i buy them and couldn't redeem em game says are doublets
    now by mistake i sold one and left with one but still its say it double and cant redeem it ..
    can any help me and maybe put bk the piece i trade by mistake seeing it wasnt totally my fault
