cant redeem quest lvl 9&10 rewards

can anyone please help me on redeeming the quest rewards from emily davis?
i am already done doing quest lvl 9 and lvl 10
i already did refresh it many times still cant redeem rewards
or maybe if you can just redeem the rewards for me

i dont know what happened but after i got disconnected and reconnected again
i was able to claim the lvl 10 quest rewards as for the lvl 9 it got reset, so i have to start lvl 9again

update lvl 9 quest done protests and preditcions but cant claim rewards the collect
objective is still highlighted even though its already completed.

can any admins plss claim it for me if possible

i went to the other emily davis that is SH north of map 1 but still cant claim quest rewardsfor lvl 9 protests and predictions
the collect objective is still highlighted even though its already completed

 

Emily Davis can be found in almost all lower Safe Havens.

Please make sure that you are visiting the correct one.

my lvl is 10 so i can only access 2 safe heavens in the lower maps
this morning i just loggin again and went to both safe heavens still cant redeem the rewards
the collect x3 mysterious supplies (3/3) is already completed but this is the only one that is highlighted thats why i
cant redeem the rewards
this the name of quest "protests and predictions"

i have some quests again that i cant redeem whenever i start a quest that has "collect" as its objective
after i have done that certain quest "collect 3x weapon supplies" 3/3 this is the only objective that is still highlighted
i even took the quest from SH 9 try to redeem it at SH 9 still cant redeem it maybe this is a bug or something??

i also started quests from norton maxwell the NPC located at map 1 it also has a "collect" objective i have also done that objective
the quest states collect 1x cryptic plans i have already done that but its still highlighted and this is why i cant redeem quest reward

or maybe this only applies to me since i just started playing again cause i stopped playing for many years.

If your quest state "Collect 1 x QUESTITEM and return to QUESTGIVER" please make sure to sail as close as possible to the quest-giver mentioned within your quest - that will trigger the "delivery" part of the quest and then you will be able to redeem your rewards.

Please give it a go and let me know if that worked for you.

holy moly it worked thnks very much all this time the reason i wasnt able to redeem it was cause i wasnt close enough hehehe.
