can't redeem test

    i've done all the daily quests and finished the test requirements but i am unable to redeem it

    Ahoy platine2!

    Please move your ship closer to the quest-giver, additionally please check if your quest do not state "Deliver X to XYZ quest-giver" - if that's the case please visit XYZ quest-giver (move as close as you can to him/her) and then go back to your main task master.

    If that doesnt work please provide us with your server and used ID so we can review it for you.

    i checked the things that had to be delivered and i have it seems i have them all
    the server is gb1 and the id is
