Captain's Chests & Massive Captain's Chests.

    My apologies if I have asked this before, but I wanted to be clear in my understanding. I received back in March the below email, which advertises New Captains with the ability (if you get lucky and get one with the "Mapmaker Perk") to do Virgo Maps, etc.. My questions: At any time, can I buy one or more of the above chest categories and possibly get a Mapmaker Perk Captain? Or is it only when a "Chest Sale" is specifically announced? Lastly, what is the difference in the two Chest categories in my Subject Line above? Is one category more likely to yield a MP captain? Thanks for your time and help!

    Captain with the Map Maker perk can be obtained from both Captain's Chest and Massive Captain's Chest at any time, given you are lucky enough.
