Cauldron and scrolls problem..

    I hope someone can help me cos this is serious matter... i already wrote to support and been in contact wiv ROD wich at some point told me that he cant help me .. i wrote him again but he never replayed back ...so who can help me if not support ????... my problem is with the scrolls and the cauldron .. every time i throw mojos and i get parts 4 scrolls .. the amount of parts does not complete .. in cauldron section i already hv scrolls completed but in the sea chart i have non... i lost alot of mojos cos of this .. i cant get HP or others rewards for scrolls cos i cant get in to bonus maps.. i cant use the ship cos of this ... pls can u help me .. can someone do somethin... i hv this problem since half year now.. wrote many times and no one helped me in this matter ... wish u guys do ur job and fix this problem ...

    ^^this was my last thread.. from 14.02.2014.. u answered me that will forward my thread over to CCT and they will fix it... yet again ... not received not an answer and the problem is still there.., are now months since i hv this problem... wot should i understand from this ???
    i hv to give up on this account or what?
    i wish if this is possible to hv a straight answer !

    Look at the thread titled scroll problem by Black hole on the second page of the technical issues forum, 7th one down in the list answered by Seren Wednesday at 10:27am if i remember correctly. I would quote it, but my phone doesn't quite suit the role i want it to.
    Basically it is a known display issue that is occuring to some players, the number of bonus maps you have on the seachart are those you actually have.

    Out of curiosity, how much mojo's do you estimate you have thrown? I know it takes quite a large number to get any of the cap-cancer maps whilst virgo usually takes a decent number too
