    just purchased a Cauldron of Vahnu pack from the main page but attempting to redeem crates in "safe Haven" access to Cauldrons it's indicating they're not accessible; can you sort please ty

    Vanhu Crates should not be yet available within the payment area - I have forwarded this issue.

    You will have to wait till the Cauldron of Saba will be available in order to use them.

    thanks for information thus far, seems techies need a kick up the preverbial as they continue to fail to the joined up bits of the game lol
