cauldron problems

    Hello .. I re post this thread here in the new forum do to the fact i hvnt received any answer on old forum and i guess my thread is lost...

    I play on UK server .. I hv problems with scrolls and cauldron .. my scrolls are blocked when i throw mojos and get scrolls parts it not appear in scrolls section and on seachart screen it doesn't appear my scrolls and i cant get on bonus maps..
    Pls can u help me with this ?
    Last time u told me u need time .. well since my first post it passed like 2 weeks or so .. how long should I hv to wait .. or should I send email over to support ?
    Pls give me some direction to fallow if u cant help me in here.
