Change Deck Payment Support

    SıɴɴƎƦ Forum Greenhorn

    I recently bought by mistake the Ebony deck when i intended to buy the ivory deck , now i try to contact payment support but as they have only 4 inquires i could not send them a message about the issue , now what i would like form the SF support team is to remove the recently bough ebony deck and replace it with the ivory deck ,
    PS: I already own the ebony deck , i just want the extra day purchesed to be removed and replaced with the ivory deck !
     
  2. I have forwarded this. I have been advised to have you contact Payment support. I can't guarantee that they will do this for you. Give them either the email receipt, or the purchase info. from your logbook.
