change of password

    Hi i have today tried to change my password, both times i have changed it and sent it to be told i will receive an e-mail from big pint which i need to verify, so far normal, the only problem is there is no e-mail forthcoming, i have checked my e-mail in the account info and that is correct but still no e-mail to confirm password change, could you please look into this.

    Please contact the support team, and ask them to check the email blacklist. You will need to contact them with the account in which the email address is registered to.
