Changed PVE status on Mega-Server Europe PVP

Hello,

Since a few days the PVE protection has arrived on the PVP European Megaserver, which is unlikely for a said PVP server...

We notice a lot of players using it to farm for an hour then logout only to relogin when they can activate it again... fair to say we will soon call it the PVE European Megaserver if thing continue this way..

It also seems unfair that players using this mode get same benefits as it's non-users, or to get stolen a NPC from protected players without being able to react...

During the week we have players that come back from work at 18, will fish for an hour, eat & watch TV, Viewers on the server that play no role beside shooting NPCs..

PVP items like lamp and hourglass have longer cooldown then a PVE one on a PVP server.
Seafight = fight on the sea, that's the whole thing.

So the idea would be :
- Delete this item.
- Change it's cooldown
- Nerf login bonus
- Give an income minus to protected players
- Make protected players not able to shoot common admiral ships like revenge, marauder...
- Or leave it as it is.

If a player is farming or playing the event, then it's nice to be able to do that vs getting chained. With the increased numbers from the merger, it can be hard to do anything other than repair after sinking. There is no fun in that for the one sunk. Someone farming is not going to be looking for a fight, so that makes the attacker just a bully. If both players want to fight, then it's a fun fight. Being a bully and sinking someone not interested shouldn't be fun for them either.

I stopped playing after the merge because of this. The protection buff brought me back.

They are only giving out one of these a day (plus the extra one from the voucher), so the only way that someone can use more than one a day is to not use one on another day.

 

Delete this trash item... If someone wanna play PVE go on PVE Server... and if you have the mood to fight then you can change to pvp modus... thats what pve servers are about...

but dont destroy our pvp server just cause you choose the wrong server to play... really not our fault... all the guys crying here are just players who dont give a cent to seafight, make their quest every day, shoot some npcs and log out again... zero pvp anyways... be true to yourself...

 

The "PVP" guys only shoot people that can't fight back. I want to farm in peace! PVE Item is super guud.

 

So you whine about not being able to sink players who login one time every day to farm for 1 hour. Something is telling me the only thing you be doing is going around 20 maps or lower sinking noobs as actual good players do not use this item.

 

PVE has no place on a PVP server. End of story.
