Changing language

Language, search gives only "on some servers you can't change languages", not where to do it actually. I mean, I could use where to change language as images or third menu from left, three down - kind of way ? Invisible if change is impossible ? Moves across menus accordingly or stays somewhere ?
Should I create many accounts or search for more than couple dozen topics on forums eh ? Not touching discord on this game yet. That necessity ?

Please be aware that in-game language can be changed only on Global servers (eg. Global Europe 1, Global Europe 2).

If you are logged onto language specific server (eg. England 1) then such option do not exist.

In order to change your language on Global servers simply change the flag on the login page.

I do know, I play on europe 8 so it is said language change is possible.

I can't find where to find enemies by googling since my language is incomprehensible and irrational at the moment.
