Chat..Authorization Failed

    Whenever i open my chat it says Authorization failed.

    hey swampy, that's the message you get when the chat has had a reset. refresh and it should work fine again. it might take a few refreshes to do it :)

    Thanks mate.
    I tried but that did not work.Does that happen too when we have slow connection?

    If you are experiencing a chat error try emptying your browser's cache as this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded, as described in the     Browser Cache Deletion bible entry.

    If this does not work, it is possible that the version of Java or Flashplayer that you're using is outdated.
    Please visit     http://www.java.com and http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to download and install the latest versions currently available.

    Should you still have problems connecting to chat after these steps have been attempted you will need to contact our Support Team, as there is no other help we can provide regarding this on the forum.

    As the user has been redirected to our Support Team should the advice not work, this thread shall now be closed.
