Chat box missing

    is the chat box tied into the premium level, I lost both yesterday and have not renewed premium level yet.

    The chat box is not part of Premium membership.

    Have you tried logging in and out a couple of times?

    If that hasn't helped, leave me your id/server information.

    You can turn chat box on and off with tool bar at top of seachart to left of the shaking hands, click for chat on and off. If that does not work reset chat window in settings.

    Load the seachart. Go to "Options". Go to "Graphics" and click on "Elements" and make sure there is a tick in the first box "Chat".

    If you have had to place a tick then you must reboot the game and your chat should work.
