chat box

    Ahoy,

    There could be a few reasons for your chat box not showing.


    Please can you make sure that your Chat window is activated, if the chat icon at the top of the screen looks like the following:

    Then please press the icon so it will look like:

    If the Chat icon is already lit up then please try resetting your chat window, this is done by opening the Options, clicking on 'Start configurator' and then pressing the 'Reset' button next to the Chat Window label. This will reset the chat windows position so hopefully you will be able to see this again on your screen.

    If this advice does not solve the issue then could you please leave your Server and User ID so I can forward this to be looked into for you.
