    please close down your game client and re-open it again.

    I logged out and closed the window. However, when I try to log back onto the seachart it shows the message, "authentication failed".

    Close your Seafight Client down, completely, then re-open it (home page and water).

    This should resolve your issue.

    Like shown on the image in my previous post, there is no issue with your in-game chat.

    Please try closing down your game client once again.

    If that doesn't work you will have to contact Support.
