chat error

    System: Authorization failed!

    it is all it says, I have logged out clear the cache and turned of the pc. it still says the same thing.

    Ahoy,

    If you are experiencing a chat error try emptying your browser's cache as this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded, as described in the     Browser Cache Deletion bible entry.

    If this does not work, it is possible that the version of Java or Flashplayer that you're using is outdated.
    Please visit     http://www.java.com and http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to download and install the latest versions currently available.

    Should you still have problems connecting to chat after these steps have been attempted you will need to contact our Support Team.

    As advice has been given and the user redirected to Support should that not work, this thread shall now be closed.
