    Christmas day a chat moderator came on to global and offered rewards for correctly answered questions. I was to receive a Taurus map for answering correctly. I have not received it.

    On reviewing your account, you were issued with the Taurus Bonus Map for the Christmas Quiz and it is indeed upon your account with all the others.

    I am afraid that is not true, I had 15 of these maps that I purchased. The Christmas Quiz was not added.

    I am sorry but your data clearly shows this has been added. We are not able to issue another scroll on this occasion.

    Your data is wrong. I had 15 taurus maps that I bought. I used one. I now have 14....whatever:(

    It does show that 15 Taurus maps were acquired on the 16th November 2014.

    Two have since been completed, the dates of these being :

    Completed:2014-11-16 15:15:15
    Completed:2015-01-07 20:11:13

    This would leave you with 13 of the purchased maps, plus the one issued for the Christmas quiz which brings your total to 14 Taurus maps which you have at this time upon your account.
