Chat not working

    I have not played in a year or so and came back, logged in, and the chat window is not working. I tried logging out,closing everything out and re opening it. It still says authentication failed. I cannot chat with anyone. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

    OK. I wasn't aware it was a problem. I thought it might have been just my computer.

    We are hoping that this will be resolved on Monday, however I can not guarantee this. I can state that have to set up new hardware for the chat, which will take at least until Monday.

    I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause    .
