    i have not been able to access any sort of chat for approximately over a month now; its kinda frustrating. Also my sheer vision doesnt work at all and ive tried to use it like 5 times now. please help; thanks.

    Ahoy mate,

    We will need your user ID to look into the matter with you. Also, does your chat just not appear? Or is the chat box showing and just not loading the chat text?

    Your chat was off the screen. You should now find it in the center of the screen.
