    Hi,

After having been chat banned for various minor violations, I have come to question some of those rulings and would like clarification to further restrict myself from erring.

    Minor Violations:
    a. Non “native" language
    b. Using inappropriate language
    c. Spamming
    d. General harassment
    e. Defaming another player

    a. for the example of the English chat:
    > what about other languaged terms that have been incorporated into English? not slang, but words that are officially in an English dictionary; such as 'aloha' or 'per se'

    b., d., e.
    > can these rulings please be elaborated on a bit more
    >> I've often seen the terms 'muppet' and 'noob' thrown around, as far as I am concerned, those are some very offensive and derogatory terms, yet are permitted. Why?

    Thanks.

**repost, because I messed up before by inserting a personal issue - whereby the thread was moved and closed.
