chat turned off

    If I disable chat will I still appear in chat rooms and can people can still send me whispers?

    Ahoy mate,

    If you disable chat in the options menu, then no you will not appear in chat. If you merely click the button in the upper left to turn chat off then yes you will appear in chat still. Does this help?
